Tested 5-19 5-20 Mac build under System 8.5J. The following pages has HTML Meta charset, but the page is not displayed correctly. http://home.netscape.com/zh/cn/ http://home.netscape.com/zh/tw/ http://home.netscape.com/ko http://babel/tests/browser/bft/sjis/bft_browser_form_sjis.html http://babel/tests/browser/bft/euc-jp/bft_browser_form_euc-jp.html (actually every page under http://babel/tests/browser/bft ) Even though I reload button, it is not displayed correctly. However, If I changed the Default Characters Set menu to the character set in the page, the page will be displayed correctly.

I realized this happened in 5-20 build under all platforms. I change the platform to All.
