Details

build id: 1999052008 platform: windows nt problem: in the preferences, the three buttons at the bottom of the pane read "Help, Cancel, OK". This is the wrong order. They should be "OK, Cancel, Help".

reassign it to matt for fixing, cc german in case you need the dialog spec
It looks like we will have a platform generic XUL fragment solely for the dialog command button row at the bottom. This will feed it the 'right' button order for the platforms. As soon as XUL fragments show up reliably we can set this up.

Seems the Help button is now AWOL, but at least the OK and Cancel buttons are in the correct order. Verified using the 1999110508 build on NT.
Bulk move of all Pref UI component bugs to new Preferences component. Pref UI component will be deleted.
