this has to do with the Copies & Folders pane of the prefs UI.
typos:
for "BCC Other Address:" read "BCC Other address:"
Also: please decide whether or not this is "Copies & Folders" or "Copies and
Folders". Legacy browsers use "Copies and Folders"; in current builds of
seamonkey, however, the category is "Copies & Folders" but the pane itself reads
"Copies and Folders". Bug 6841 asked the UI team to decide which one to use.

use "BCC Other address:" and "Copies and Folders". Fix checked in dtd file,
will appear in tomorrow or next week's build.

Fix not present in 1999090908 build, NT. The ampersand is back and the pane is
blank. Reopening bug.

as Invalid.
Bulk move of all Pref UI component bugs to new Preferences component. Pref UI
