<summary> Double-byte names or directories from user profile are garbled in local directory path of mail/news account settings. <repro environment> build 02-14-06 + Win98-JA build 02-14-06 + WinME-JA build 02-14-06 + WinNT-JA <repro steps> 1. launch profile manager, click manage profiles|create profile|next 2. enter double-byte characters for profile name, or click choose folder and select a storage path with double-byte characters 3. click finish, start Netscape 6 with this new profile, 4. go to messenger, configure a mail or news account 5. go to edit|mail/news account settings, click server settings or local folders <result> Double-byte characters in the local directory path are garbled. <expected result> Legible double-byte characters.
