Expected Results: The title name of the current document should be displayed.
What I got: On a new document, the title name of the window is not displayed.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Launch Apprunner.
2) From the Tasks menu, select Editor.
3) A new window opens in Editor but doesn't have a title name. The title name
should be either Editor or untitled.
