Target Milestone: M8
Hi again,
In Lithuanian language are additional 18 chars:
9 in lower and 9 in higher case.
These chars looks like:
ACEEISUUZ->
РШЦЫСаило and
aceeisuuz->
ршцыс№јћў.
If you want to look in original please add Lithuanian keyboard in win9x.
In IBM standart Lithuanian chars are on keyboard:
Q->Р,
' < '->Ш,
' / '->Ц,
' " '->Ы,
' { '->С,
' > '->а,
' : '->и,
X->л,
W->о
In wordpad you can switch to Times New Roman Baltic and
on keyboard or from cliboard you must to see how these chars in original looks
like.
Some lithuanian pages:
www.quake.lt,
www.omnitel.lt,
www.5ci.lt,
www.online.lt

Robertas Dereskevicius

Robertas, could you please try it using a recent Windows version of Mozilla?
Perhaps you have M6 or even a nightly build?
What fonts are you using on Linux? Could you send me the output of xlsfonts in
private email (or create an attachment in this bug report)?

** Checked with 7/12/99 Win32 and Linux builds **
Windows Baltic support has been working for some time.
Unix Baltic support (8859-4 & 8859-13) is also working if there
are appropriate fonts on the system. Check out this site for
Unix ISO-* fonts:
http://czyborra.com/charsets/iso8859.html
(Note: The 8859-13 font available at this site seems to be lacking
the glyphs for 0xA5, 0xB4, and 0xFF, but otherwise our mapping
is correct on Unix. For 8859-4, the glyphs are complete with the
fotns found at the above site.)
Unless there are other issues, we should mark this bug verified/fixed.

The 3 lacking glyphs are all punctuation marks.

I also looked at http://www.quake.lt page and it was displaying
OK with the above Linux M8 build.

I looked at http://czyborra.com/charsets/iso8859.html using the 071699 build on
win32 and the samples looked fine to me, marking verified
