Details

I'm using build 2001021912 on BeOS, will try in Windows, too. 1. open the mailer 2. select menu "View->Headers->All" 3. close mailer 4. reopen mailer 5. look in the menu "View": the item "Normal" is marked 6. display a message 7. if the header-view is expanded, you will see *all* header-information 8, if the header-view is collapsed, you will see a small grip-bar instead of the large bar that's used when All header-info is enabled.
What were your results when you tried this on Win32? qa contact to Fenella.

Win32 (2001-03-08-09 mtrunk) I confirm the problem as described in step 5. I see no problem in as described in step 6 and 7.
Reproduced exactly on Win2000, build 2001021508. Step 7 is actually correct behaviour, but step 8 is not.

I think this bug is INVALID, because "View All Headers" is not implemented yet (that's another bugzilla bug). QA, do you agree?
Ok, this bug will become invalid when the new header-view is released, I only hope we BeOS-surfers get these changes on the new build(s), too... ;-) For the current builds however, I think it's still valid - I don't now the moziquette on that, so just do as you please,-)
I'm seeing this problem Linux 2.4 Redhat 7.1. Although, I also do not get a full display of headers when I choose view headers -> all in the message view.

dupe of bug 67539 ?
It seems that bug 67539 indeed describes the same problem - however since that bug has no comments attached, maybe it would be better to continue here and mark bug 67539 a dup of this one? (I'm bad, I know;)
On Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; de-AT; rv:1.2a) Gecko/20020910 I can see the first problem the other way around but only occasionally: When you select View->Headers->Normal, Moz restarts with View->Headers->All.
I agree on the dupe, which later had a patch and then was closed with WFM. Daniel Küstner, if you are still seeing the symptom described in comment 10, that sounds like another bug. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 67539 ***
