Details

build id: 1999052408 platform: windows nt to reproduce this: - launch apprunner. note that the window contains the mozilla tinderbox status, which is (apparently) autorefreshed. - open another window with some other file. - switch to another application. now, be patient. in the background, the two open seamonkey windows will continually refresh and rotate - if window 2 is frontmost, window 1 will become frontmost when it autorefreshes the tinderbox status. then, window 2 will do the same in turn, and so on ad infinitum. the expected result is that even when a window refreshes itself, it should not (I believe) make itself frontmost. it's very unsettling watching windows swap themselves around in the background.
