"International" users should be able to rename "Trash" to "Rubbish" or something without needing to code.

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win 9x 4.90; en-US; 0.8) Gecko/20010215
BuildID: all builds
I know this is a luxury item, but as an person who speaks a non-US version of
English, I think it would be really neat if people could rename their "trash" to
something less annoying, like "rubbish" or "deleted". As far as I can tell,
Mozilla (and NS) would not allow such an essential folder to be renamed.
This could also extend to "inbox" and "sent"... :)
Are there language packs for Mozilla? Maybe I should do an Australian one...
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load up Mail
2. Try to rename Trash (right click on Trash folder)
Actual Results: Nothing happens
Expected Results: Trash should be renamed "Rubbish Bin"

this is a front end problem, not a mail database problem. I believe there's also
a bug on this. Ressigning to Scott for triage. There are different language
packs, though I doubt there's an Australian one.
