From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux 2.2.14-5.0 i686; en-US; 0.8) Gecko/20010216 BuildID: 2001021614 After installing JAVA 2 plugin the program says "Installation completed succesful". Restart browser When browser is restarted, the plugin is not installed Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Go to URL with some Java. A window which redirects to Netscape ftp-site pops up. "JAVA 2 Plug-in v 1.3 for Netscape 6" is installed 2. Restart browser 3. Go back to URL with Java. Mozilla again prompts for installing a Java plugin. Actual Results: Mozilla keeps redirecting to ftp.netscape.com which is supposed to install a Java plugin. Expected Results: The appropiate Java plugin should be installed
