using 5/26 build of apprunner on Linux 1) launch apprunner 2) launch editor from task menu See the pull-down menus for style and size If you click on the triangle to pull the menu down, the menu sticks. If you click outside the triangle, but inside the box, the menu doesn't stick.. On Windows the menu sticks wherever you click on that pull-down box.
Summary: pull-dowm menus on Linux are too sensitive → [PP]pull-dowm menus on Linux are too sensitive
Assignee: kostello → buster
Unsure of who owns this, assigning to Steve Clark
Assignee: buster → akkana
akkana, can you please determine if this is an editor bug or an XPFE bug, and assign as appropriate? thanks.
These menus have never worked on Linux. I think saari and pavlov are working on them.
Er... yes, Pav should have linux popup/context menus working shortly. However, the sensitivity zone for the triangles is a title button thing. CCing Pavlov and Eric on this bug
Target Milestone: M9
Confirm or deny this for XPMenus?
Whiteboard: Need to check status of this bug
Let me clarify, does this still happen with XP menus?
Nevermind that, it won't matter.
Whiteboard: Need to check status of this bug → Still a problem
Context and toolbar menus aren't XP yet, so no one knows whether this still happens with xp menus. They still don't exist on linux.
Target Milestone: M9 → M10
this is non critical, pushing to M10

Will be invalidated by the new XP popup code when it lands. Just resolving it now to clear out the noise.
