5.26 build on linux.
when I load tinderbox, everything looks fine. tinderbox is big, so I need to
use the scroll bars to see the far right part of the page. the background color
never shows up in the part that was hidden from my view.

to reproduce this, you can use viewer or apprunner on linux.

resize so that you get horizontal scroll bars.
scroll to the right.

With the Sept 2nd build, I can't reproduce the probelm described.
