Details

Currently, if a user specifies an IMAP server directory in their prefs50.js and the folder doesn't exist in their filesystem, nothing happens when the user double-clicks on an IMAP folder in the folder pane. I guess we should eventually get to the point where we automatically create the directory and the user would see no disruption at all if this folder was missing. (And some users will delete this folder, I'm sure, because in 4.x, deleting the imap mail directory was a great way to get rid of corrupted .snm files)
