widget\src\windows\DDCOMM.h DDCOMM.H defines STRICT, but it is already defined in the Windows header files.

Removed ddcomm.h from the build and all sources.

cant find it in the tree as of right now, so i'm marking verified.
Moving all Widget Set bugs, past and present, to new HTML Form Controls component per request from karnaze. Widget Set component will be retired shortly.
