Details
Ability to create non-dial-up builds (for LAN installations) using CCK.
Basically, Internet Setup (dialup component) should be exposed in the install
builder component list.

The CCK Wizard allows the user to decide if Internet Setup is included or not on
the very first real page. We previously decided it would therefore NOT be in
the components list.
