Need Dialup team to provide us all the information we need first, such as file path and flags. Reassign to selmer for now. Adding cathleen to cc list.

To get install-time behavior, pass the -installer flag. If 128 bit download is required, pass the -affadavit flag. The file path is really going to be determined by your installer - even if it's preconfigured by CCK, the user can change it.
Target Milestone: M11
thanks Steve. Setting target milstone to M11.

I'm not quite understanding this bug. Which installer is this bug referring to? Seamonkey or the Account Setup installer?
CCK team is not creating Account Setup for 5.0. However, the ability to launch 3rd party online Account Setup after an installation should still be possible. Steve, can you provide more technical info on this request. These steps should be documented in the CCK guide.

I need to do something with this bug. Since I'm still not undertanding this bug, I'm reassigning this back to bijals until there's more specific info.
This bug is totally and entirely about having the Seamonkey installer invoke Seamonkey at the end of installation and passing in the -installer flag at that time. If a 128 bit download is also required, then the -installer and the -affadavit flag should be passed together. Other concerns should be the topic of some other bug. We need the install-time invocation so we can do profile migration, activation, and 128 bit download in an "install" timeframe from the end user's perspective.

Seems that this is in already since we have migration somewhat implemented with the -installer flag.
Updating component from Install Wizard to Installer
this has been happening for a long time
