TO DO for Performance: The interfaces are being registered in the mozregistry.dat file the first time the program is run. The interfaces are still being registered manually each time the program is run whether the registry needs updated or not. Shouldn't the interface registry entries just be read in mass and not registered manually? This is a large time sync.
