Logging in to bugzilla takes you to the above URL, when the page is done loading the onload event should be fired, but mozilla never fires the onload event, and the throbber never stops. This causes form prefil to never hapen so if you tell mozilla to store your bugzilla password it never fills it in anutomatically, unless you press the stop button when the page is done loading. I've seen this on many other sites as well, wether or not the cause is always the same I don't know, but you gotta start somewhere... I suspect that we never remove the dummy layout channel from the load group when this page finishes loading, that would prevent the onload event from fireing.
