Centered background image is drawn in the correct position, but clipped as if it
were in the top left corner. May have to reload for it to happen. Things
happening atop the undrawn parts (resizing window, hiding and showing elements,
switching windows, selecting text) will reveal more of the background image.
Tested on 0.8.1 (2001032319) and the latest nightly (2001032804) on win98. This
did not happen with 0.8.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://www.pp.htv.fi/etolvane/tt/randomdata/2001032319-bg-bug-li-v1.html
2. You may need to reload the page.
Actual Results: background image is in the correct position, but clipped as if
it were in the top left corner
Expected Results: background image drawn completely

Summary was rather weak, changed it to make more sense in the first 60 chars.
