For the Privacy hub redesign: 1. Place all previous privacy policies at unique, dated URIs 2. Have hand-written RSS feed of previous and the current privacy policy Tom or Jishnu, can you clarify which privacy policies are being moved and which are staying current?

The goal is that users don't have to keep coming back to check for new policies. They can just subscribe to the RSS feed to be notified of changes, with a link to review the new text. For each privacy policy (like Firefox) all previous policies should remain accessible at predictable URIs indefinitely. Perhaps a scheme like `https://mozilla.org/privacy/policies/$PRODUCTNAME_dd-mm-yyy.html` would be appropriate. It might be convenient for https://mozilla.org/privacy/policies/$PRODUCTNAME.html to point to the the most recent version at its permanent, dated URI, for user convenience. Whatever the scheme, an RSS feed for each product (perhaps `https://mozilla.org/privacy/policies/$PRODUCTNAME-updates.xml`) should have dated entry links to all previous versions. When we make a change to a policy, we should add a new dated URL for the updated policy, and add an item to the RSS feed with a short summary of the change.
