From Bugzilla Helper:

When I type in an ftp address, such as "ftp://ftp.mozilla.org" into the location
bar and press enter, lots of new windows open and the ftp site isn't loaded.
clicking on a link to the ftp site is okay, but typing it in manually exhibits
this behavior at the ftp sites I've tried (mozilla, netscape, microsoft,
symantec). Ditto for subdirectories under the main ftp if typed in
(ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/)
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.type in ftp://ftp.mozilla.org into location bar
2.press enter
3.
Actual Results: lots of blank windows open. looks like they try to open the
site but quit after a short while.
Expected Results: Mozilla ftp site loads (and I can get the latest nightly!)
looks like a recent problem; haven't seen the problem crop up until today.
