In support of the new release notes (bug 697337), let's add an "Experimental" tag to communicate things that aren't ready for release like PDF.js and click-to-play.
Perhaps this should be a website bug instead of a design one? Or you do you need us to supply a new asset for the Experimental tag so webdev can implement?

Hi John, I think this needs design work (see the tags on the left side of https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=571740)
It would pretty much just be creating a new tag in that style though, right? We can definitely do that...just want to make sure I understand the scope correctly.

Ty, can you take this one? Shouldn't take long...we basically just need a new type of tag added to the ones you've already created for the release notes page.
