Steps to reproduce:

Using a System Dialog (Print or Save Attachment) during other TB-Tasks are running (polling IMAP- and POP-Accounts). (Also in Firefox)

Actual results:

A Warning Dialog pops in the Background up during the Use of the Print Dialog (for Example). In my Cases: polling is only allowd after 720 seconds or Timeout to a specific Server; but its only an Example.)
Now the System-Dialog can not be closed (neither with Escape, nor with Command-Dot) or confimed (OK).
The Warning-Popup can not be clicked away (because i am in a System Dialog-Window).
So i have to terminate the Thunderbird-Task via Taskmanager (or Kill-Command in Terminal).

Expected results:

I want to use the System Dialog (like Print) until the End or Escaping it, or to click away the Warning Box, to use the System Dialog.
