Reproducible: Always Steps to reproduce: 1) Go to http://www.people.memphis.edu/~trainlib, or http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.3/docs/api/index.html, or any other framed page (this bug was most noticeable at mail.yahoo.com). 2) Click the home button or Mozilla throbber button to leave the page. Expected result: The framed page stays as it is until ready to be replaced by content from the new page. Actual result: The frame page content is briefly but very noticeably distorted in some way (either by streching or scrunching) before the new page load. The effect is very unsightly on some pages. I am using Windows NT, Mozilla build 2001050915. This problem did **not** appear in yesterday's build, just today's.
win98, 2001-05-09-17-trunk. Looks like the margin/padding of the stuff inside the frames grows before the new page is shown. Maybe related to bug 76495 and bug 78957.
