Details
You should put in that GPF crash detector/reporter which is in Netscape 4.5b1
into Mozilla. Then you could set up a server side of the bug reporter which
would delete multiple entries of the same crash.

This is already happening for 5.0. The reporting mechanism is called
Talkback (http://www.fullcirclesoftware.com). There are compile-time
and run-time components, we were not able to give the runtime
components away in mozilla, so this will show up in the Netscape-branded
brower. First 5.0 beta is scheduled for December, this will probably
be the earliest you'll see talkback in a 5.0 product.
