Details
using 6/11 build of apprunner on all platforms:
1) launch apprunner
2) Pull-down Task Menu | Tools
There are 4 items under this menu:
Plugins Info
Java/JS console
Server Tools
Javascript Debugger
None of them work. Let me know if you need me to file 4 separate bugs
for these. I wasn't sure, so I filed just one..
David, file seperate "FEATURE" bugs for each of the items in this menu.

Currently (build 02/29) the tools menu hosts:
History, Import Utility, Java Console
The first two work, just Java Console does nothing. But there are specific bugs
filed for the latter:
bug 21971 JC does nothing, bug 27407 JC to be disabled
So I strongly suggest to close this bug as it became useless.
other bugs filed instead.
