I can't tell if this is a dupe or not, so filing anyway

## Repro
1. Launch Camera
2. Tap video button
3. Tap video button again to commence recording
## Expected
* Some UI indication that video recording is in progress.
## Actual
* Video is actually recording and placed in root of /sdcard dir. However no way to see recording while it's in progress.
