Some preference tabs have minor alignment issues, attaching patch to fix the ones I found.

Here is what this fixes: navigator : internet search the "search using" now aligned correctly with the dropdown composer the "maximum number of pages listed" is aligned with the input box advanced : proxies all the labels under "manual proxy configuration" align with the input boxes any comments/suggestions

thx for the cleanup fixes, doron. vrfy fixed using 2001.05.29.0x comm bits on linux, mac and winnt [checked both themes, too].
