Since the new history auto-dropdown was introduced, it's been impossible to wheelscroll the dropdowns in URL-bar. The scrollbar thumb is also acting weird: it's hard to scroll with any precision even when grabbing it, because the grab "snaps off" by half an inch in the auto-dropdown, and somewhat less in the recent history dropdown (found under the right arrow in URL field.) Still seeing this with a current CVS build.

Hmm testing more: Right now the history auto-dropdown is mousewheel scrollable if i scroll over content, but not when wheeling over scrollbar.
