This problem appears only with Windows 7 SP1.
To reproduce this bug:
- in about:config set to true media.windows-media-foundation.enabled
- open for example this site: http://ie.microsoft.com/testdrive/Graphics/VideoFormatSupport/Default.html
- start the video
