Jimmy's weekly performance tests say it all: Platform Before After Difference win32 37s 85s +48s linux 44s 95s +51 mac 127s 188s +61 On Win and Linux we now spend more time updating the dialog than the entire install used to take. (Download time is ignored in these measurements.)
