Details
Reproducability: Always
Steps to reproduce:
1. Clear the memory and disk caches.
2. Go to http://www.winzip.com/
Expected result: The WinZip home page appears normally.
Actual result: The bottom of the page (past "Other Downloads") does not appear.
Loading the page again by clicking the reload button or going back and forwards
results in the entire page appearing.
I've seen this with the last several nightly builds, including 2001060308, on
Windows 2000 SP2.

I can't reproduce this on my 6/4/1, 7:30am Win2K debug build.

It's still happening for me with build 2001060504. I have to access with web
with an authenticating proxy. When I switch to a non-authenticating proxy (which
actually is a proxy for the authenticating proxy!), the whole WinZip home page
is displayed as expected. When I switch back to using the authenticating proxy
directly, the bottom is chopped off again. Even when the bottom is chopped off,
the HTML for the whole page appears when I View Source. Weird!
