I confirmed that the latest pdf.js has been fixed this bug with https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js/pull/2932.

BTW, in vertical writing case of Japanese, the virtual body of the English part is not transformed to vertical.
Should I report as the other bug?

I confirmed this bug has been fixed by bug 852981.
