As a Metro Firefox user I expect the mouse and keyboard to work as it does in Desktop Firefox.

I've got a set of stories for the keyboard shortcuts we want to work but I'd factored those out across the various Epics rather than as one group. If that's OK, we can work on those and resolve this as not necessary.
