autocomplete scrollbar doesn't allow dragging.

Tested on Netscape 6 PR1 win2000 and linux 2001061414 comm build.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Clear the URL bar.
2) Type in a single character that will result in the autocomplete widget
opening with enough options to create a scroll bar. (For me 'w' works great).
3) Try to grab the slider
4) Try to drag the slider
Actual results:
You cannot grab, nor drag the slider. You can click on the empty space above and
below the slider to make it move though...
Expected results:
You should be able to grab and drag the slider up and down.

well, duh you're getting duplicates the summary on the other bug is useless in a
bugzilla query. "event.clientX/Y should not be converted to screenX/Y when
target is in popup"
