Looks like Issue with not receiving calls depends on cellular signal strength.
I took some logs from both devises and signal strength on Unagi is very good -65-79 dBm - really good
inari is poor from -105 to -113 dbm
Just for reference -50 dBm – very strong signal and after -100 dBm ( -105 -113) is very poor to no reception.
Is it issue with cellular antenna driver or?
Requires investigation.
Mvines, I'm not sure why, but the QAnalydocs are showing that the antenna seems weaker on the Inari device than the Unagi. Is there anything we can do to boost the antenna strength?

There could be a number of factors here, but it's really best to raise this with the OEM at this point.

This issue is only reproducible with builds taken from pvt, did not have any reception issues with Inari flashed to the partners v1.0.1 build, had stable three bars connection

Not present across devices targeted to ship, making this not a smoketest issue.
