Steps to reproduce:
1. Load Manage My Add-ons page https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/addons
2. Click the "Transfer Ownership" link from a submitted theme
3. Enter an invalid email.
Expected results:
An error is displayed with no design or layout issues.
Actual results:
The text and background for the error are both red and barely visible for the user.
Notes/Issues:
Verified on FF20 (Win 7).
