View a message with a subject 'å' from, for example, Håkan Waara.
It will not display the 'å' character, but instead some chinese char!

I'm tempted to mark this a blocker, but technically it's not.
I'm sure this might seem trivial to americans that doesn't use these characters
very often, but this makes using mail/news very hard for me indeed.

I could reproduce this, too. Reassigning to ducarroz and cc'ing varada in case
any of the mime fixes from last week regressed this.

This regression was could have been caused by the mime emitter changes done by
scc over the weekend. CCing scc as well as nhotta.
Still investigating.

this is a dup of 86341 which was a blocker bug from this morning and Naoki
checked in a fix for it. It sure looks like a dup to me anyway.
