Julien, I misunderstood Vicky's request and thought we should include this as case inside status Building block. But it looks like is a custom component, so I will email you the code in a sec.

I _think_ Victoria would like to have this a standard BB.
FTR I think we already have some stuff in the system app (in style/system/themes/default/), I think it was supposed to be a BB at one moment ?

Hi Julien,
Since this component is not used in any other app so far, we cannot convert it to BB. This in app message has a transparency (to sit more harmoniously with in the rest of hierarchies), a different behaviour and the style varies, it seems that needs to be custom.
