the benefit of these changes are that I can tell the difference between
nsNNTPProtocol instances in the log file.

Mac's NSPR_LOG_MODULES logging seems to be broken, so I can't verify on that
platform, but here are the builds I tested this on:
Windows 2K - 2001-06-29-04
Mac OS 9.1 - 2001-06-29-05
I'll attach a log that shows a comparison of before and after. Then, when Mac
is logging again (on opt) I'll verify this completely.
Um, that should be *Linux 7.1* - 2001-06-29-06
Coolio, Mac is fine and dandy, producing logs better than a hefty, scruffy
lumberjack on roids.
Verified FIXED on:
Mac OS 9.1 - 10-08-trunk (Netscape6-mac.sea.bin)
