Details

In order to fix bug 85836 properly, NSPR should support loading files from paths defined in UTF-8 and/or UCS-2.
We are unlikely to implement this feature. If you need to fix bug 85836 in mozilla0.9.3 or mozilla1.0 time frames, you need to think about alternate solutions.
