Details

From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9.2) Gecko/20010702 BuildID: 2001070203 Mozilla should have some proper application icons, rather than the current... what is that? A seamonkey? A gecko? ...that is in use now. I suggest using either the "M" or red lizard throbber images. Also nice would be if mozilla had some icons to go with associated filetypes. e.g. Netscape 4.x had icons for HTML documents and image files embedded in the netscape.exe. Currently mozilla uses the doctype icons that Internet Explorer had used, which seems undesirable. Not sure how other platforms handle icon resources, but I suspect a similar issue exists for non-Win32. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install mozilla. 2. Look at icon created on desktop. Actual Results: Funny blue tadpole thing appears. Expected Results: Icon worthy of a robust world-dominating web browser should appear.
