Details

Every time Mozilla is launched, it asks if it should register the default file extension associations. No matter what one answers, the message always pops up, even if the check box is clicked to indicate it not do so. Note that in spite of this, the file associations seem to be set correctly.

We're not apt to fix this in the Mozilla "classic" code base. I'm marking it "REMIND" and we'll make sure it works OK in the new world.
