This is another case where we defined the technical term "frame" once, and are
expecting users to have read it. The term should link to an entry in the
Glossary (that needs to be added) wherever used, I think.

The Help file uses "frame" inconsistantly. Sometimes it refers to a "pane" (e.g.
Sidebar), and sometimes it refers to "Web page frame". We need to fix this
before putting "frame" back to glossary.
Files that has "frame": shortcuts.html, composer_help.html, help_help.html,
nav_help.html, & customize_help.html

Maybe we should define a frame as HTML frames? Maybe this bug should be INVALID
or WONTFIX.
Nilson, got a quick definition of a HTML frame?

A child page window of a web page containing multiple pages, each having its own
sub-window.
What kind of info do we put in glossary? It has defintions for Internet, web
page, web site, etc. It's approaching a textbook, which is not very useful...

hmm. This isn't very user friendly.
> It's approaching a textbook, which is not very useful...
In my opinion, I'd prefer it be large and have lots of definitions than small
and not be able to define most terms users would like to know. Just my opinion,
of course. Some definitions that users don't need to know can be removed.

How about this:
A sub-window of a web page containing multiple web pages. Each frame contains a
different web page.
?

Does comment #13 sound like a good definition? I want to get this in.

How about this?
"Frames pages are actually subpages of one all-encompassing "meta" page."
Too brief?

hmm. not sure about the word "actually" being in there. How about "Frames are
web pages contained inside of a all-encompasssing "meta" page."? Trying to think
simple here.
