From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.2+) Gecko/20010716 BuildID: When I type in the location bar, it show a dropdown, the last line is Search null for "what-I-am-typing-in-the-location-bar" Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Just type anything in location bar Actual Results: . Expected Results: My suggestion might be Search <default search engine> for "whatever-I-am-typing"
worksforme with win2k build 20010716.. I see: Search Google for "...."
this means you don't have a default search engine. I guess we shouldn't show anything there.

But In Preference, Navigator, Internet Search, It show Netscape Search. Ok, I set it to Google and no more "Search null for " problem. I did installed Netscape 6.01 and 6.1 before) but now using Mozilla 2001071604 build, did it overwrite some settings? Ok, I would recommend timeless@bemail.org suggest, when the default search engine is null, do not show anything.
