When a tour first starts, for a bit of extra pop, it'd be nice if we could optionally make the info panel animate as it opens.

All panels animate by default so do we want to change be able to disable that animation or do we want to change it?

From what I understand the request was to have it animate more slowly - so it was more obvious. Mike should be able to provide details.

The menu animates with a combination of transparency (0–100%), ease-in/ease-out, and a 1–2 pixel bounce.
