ACTUAL RESULTS:
Extra text above the logo, see snapshot.
EXPECTED RESULTS:
No text above the logo.
DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY ON:
Mozilla nightly build 2001-08-06-03 on Windows 98 SE.
WORKS CORRECTLY ON:
Communicator 4.7 on Windows 98 SE.
IE 5.00 on Windows 98 SE.

a search for "techweb" finds bug 84520 ("techweb.com - [LAYERS] javascript menus
don't appear, but links from them exist in a clump at the top of the page")

Well, I did search for techweb.com in the URL field, but I guess I must have
had some other field filled in... whatever... VERIFIED DUP.
