News messages are posted to wrong server

I have installed Mozilla 0.9.3 on an NT 4.0 workstation and migrated the profile
from a Netscape 4.6. In my setup I use multiple news servers. I have noticed the
following problem when posting news messages ("New Msg" or "Reply" icon) :
Mozilla always tries to post this message to the *last* news server on the whole
server list, not to the currently selected news server. Of course, this makes it
pretty useless to be used with multiple news servers.
Note that reading messages from different news servers works as expected.

Marcel, please use the big "Report a Bug" link on bugzilla.mozilla.org when
reporting bugs in the future.
What build are you using? Can you come up with an exact testcase for us to
reproduce it?
Thanks

Sorry. I didn't know there were different ways of entering bug reports. I
never entered Bugzilla through the home page, but I used the "QA" menu in
Mozilla to first look for known bugs. When I didn't find anything that looked
like the bug I wanted to report, I than used the "NEW" link in the yellow
table at the bottom of the page.

I'm using the following (as reported by about) :
[Mozilla]
Mozilla 0.9.3
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; rv:0.9.3) Gecko/20010801
I proceeded the following way :
After installing Mozilla (full install) and starting it, I migrated my
existing Netscape 4.6 profile to Mozilla. This configuration contained 5 IMAP
mail accounts and about half a dozen news accounts.
After checking the various news accounts, everything seemed to be OK (except
for the login issue reported in #95896), and I could download and view
messages OK. However as soon as I tried to post messages (by replying to an
existing messages), nothing happened. The message I posted did not appear on
the server. Finally, to my amazement, I found the message I posted on a
different server.
First I thought the problem was due to corrupted news accounts due to the
migration, and so I deleted *all* news accounts. Then I created a first
account again (on the public server support-forums.novell.com) and I tested
it. Posting worked OK (newsgroup novell.community.chat).
Then I created a second news account for some internal news server, and I
posted to it. Posting was OK again. The internal news server also has a group
"novell.community.chat" for testing purposes.
Finally I posted another message to support-forums.novell.com, and this time
the message appeared on the internal server again.
The problem is that I cannot create a test case that is accessible from the
outside, as my test server is not connected to the internet, and I have no
means of connecting it.
Sounds like bug 54911 to me. Please let me know if you agree.
