When accessing the HRULE function in the insert dropdown menu, does not display the properties window, instead autoplaces HRule in body of composer Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.open new composer window 2.Click insert and select Horizontal Line 3. Actual Results: Horizontal Line automatically placed in the body of the composer without opening the porperties window. Expected Results: properties window should open to select preferences

This is intentional. If you want the properties, you should double click the line you just inserted.
