The new version is to pop up an AlertDialog when the check box is clicked, and to write these choices to SharedPrefs immediately on Account creation.
This requires some sync changes to handle userSelectedEngines in fresh start (which I have written).

After tapping the Choose what to sync a pop up is displayed with the 4 options available. Setting this as Verified Fixed.
